Mentor North COVID-19 Policies

All policies will be in accordance with CDC and other local guidelines.

Staff:

We strongly encourage all staff to get vaccinated.
Mentor North is supportive of staff making the decisions necessary to ensure personal safety and the safety of those around them.
All staff are encouraged to stay home when sick or not feeling well.
Staff will follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 safety should they contract COVID-19 or be exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
All staff are encouraged to wash their hands frequently and sanitize areas and surfaces they are using.

Mentor North is supportive of mentors and youth making the decisions necessary to ensure personal safety and the safety of those around them. Mentors can choose virtual ways of connecting with their youth, depending on what works for that youth/family and mentor.
