Policies
To remain in the program, all mentors are required to have regular communications with their Program Advocate.
In addition, mentors are required to document time they spend with their mentee in Civicore. A link to Civicore is at the bottom of this page. For questions about log in information and documentation, please contact your Program Advocate.
All mentors and families are required to inform their Program Advocate of updated address, phone number, email, and other contact methods.
Once a year, all program participants are asked to take part in the Mentor North evaluation process to help us measure the quality and impact of our programs. Participant feedback also guides us in adjusting and improving our services.
Waitlist Parents/Guardians & Youth – your Program Advocate will contact you for an annual bio update to ensure your child still wants to have a mentor and that we have the latest information on interests, personality, hobbies, etc.
Parents/Guardians of Matched Youth and Mentors – you will receive an annual online survey with a request to respond by a designated deadline. Alternate methods to complete the survey will be available, as needed.
Completing the annual evaluation process is an expectation of continued program participation.
